I want you to feel confident ordering from the store.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos showing the issue so I can quickly verify and fix it.
Items that were used, heavily worn, or intentionally damaged cannot be refunded.
Because many products are hygienic pet items, returns for change-of-mind or incorrect selection are not always possible — but I will always try to help find a solution.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once approved.
Banks may take 3–10 business days to finalize the transaction.
